Can’t meet online? No problem. This mobile notary session brings legally compliant, in-person notarization right to your door—or a safe public location near you. We handle legal, financial, and benefits-related documents with professionalism, punctuality, and care. Perfect for: Powers of attorney, affidavits, letters, and verification forms Clients without internet access or those who prefer in-person support Urgent or same-day notary needs Base fee includes: One notarized document Travel within 10 miles of Alexandria, VA Appointment duration up to 45 minutes Add-On Options: Additional Document: $15 After-Hours / Weekend Service: $25 Wait Time (15+ minute delay): $15 Travel beyond 10 miles: $1.50 per mile (round trip) Policies: Appointment location must be confirmed in advance Valid government-issued ID required at the time of signing Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance Missed appointments or unprepared documents may result in trip fee being retained Taxes & Fees: Prices listed do not include applicable taxes or fees.
