For broader access, we also offer convenient Remote Online Notarizations (RON), ensuring critical legal matters can proceed regardless of physical location nationwide. This specialized notarization service for incarcerated individuals and their families is provided completely complimentary (pro bono) to all parties involved—the incarcerated individual, their family, and their legal representation. At the time of your request, please provide the following details: Name and ID number of the incarcerated individual Facility name and address Document(s) to be notarized Direct contact information for the attorney or family member coordinating the visit.
